Dorset Construction Training Forum

As we are all aware legislation means that we are obligated to train our personnel.  This can be an onerous and expensive task, which our companies can not escape.  The Dorset Construction Training Forum works co-operatively to try and make things easier.  In the construction industry the training needs can be diverse, but we try and cover all of our members needs offering a wide range of training. For example:- Site Safety Plus, scaffold inspection, working at heights, CDM regulations, Health & Safety Awareness, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, Temporary Works Co-ordinator & First Aid.

We strive to drive down the cost of training, share training facilities, introduce new training concepts, carry out group training and source quality training for our members.  Our members are our strength and we rely on their participation and contribution to produce effective results.

A Not for Profit Organisation
In 2016 the training group made a saving of £35,000 on training costs through negotiation and booking as a group along with grants drawn down from CITB. The more members that train helps reduce the overall course cost as we are NON PROFIT MAKING!

We have the flexibility to ensure all training is carried out at a local venue at a time and date convenient to suit attendees.
